To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags(if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If information is to be returned:-
You must courier it to this address within 24-48 working hours and send a photo of the receipt.
If you courier it outside of 24-48 working hours, the parcel will not be accepted.

You will be couriered to this address. After receiving the saree, you will receive a refund using the Gpay number or scanner you provide within 24-48 working hours.

Example:- Order Delivered On 5th Of Month, Inform On 6th Of The Month By Night We Send Address To Return Shipment Give Us Tracking Details By End Of 7th Of Month
Whenever We Receive Return Item 15th Of Month Refund By 16th Of Month

Note: Return or Exchange can be done on major issues only damaged or wrong product covered, if you return because of disliking the products won't be accepted back or exchanged. There may be slight color variation in image and actual due to photograhic effect and mobile screen resolution.

Important: This is a Self Return Policy. A ₹250 return charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Any courier charges will be borne by the customer. The company will not pay any shipping/courier charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For wrong and defective product the new product will be Delivered within 10 days 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically Credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
